The vehicle wasn't clean when we picked it up, but they did clean it after we took it back. Quality was excellent, timelyness was not as we didn't have our car for several months. Will use again!

I have been really happy with their work in the past, but this time I am very disappointed in the quality of their work and integrity of their staff.

Work was not completed. The panel has a gap and the back bumper has creases in the paint that weren't there before.

I feel that I was lied to about the work that was done. It is scheduled to go back on October 16th, but I don't think my insurance should have to be charged for repairs to shoddy work.

The charges for using a debit or credit card are unjustified. Even if there is a sign that is not quite visible, I feel like there should be a heads up should be given by the person processing the transaction. For instance “by using your debit or credit card you will be charged an additional fee.” I feel like there has to be another payment processor that’s a better alternative than charging an additional fee.
