When I had battery trouble upon pick up of my car after the repair work, Keith, Brendan and one other employee went out of their way to help resolve the problem. Great customer service during the entire repair too. The text message updates are a nice touch. Thank you Car Craft!

Your staff was amazing, so professional and friendly. My car was done one day early which was a plus. The texts sent to me updating my car's day were hilarious. Better updates then parents receive from teachers. I realize your shop was recently opened but I have a feeling if I'm back in a year or more it will still be the cleanest shop in south county. The work was very poorly done and I had to leave it again after being without a car for 6 business days. I was extremely disappointed at the fact that there were obvious shortcuts taken after having the car for so long. Tim Littmann(Production MGR) saw and confirmed my concerns. He said he's committed to making things right. Hopefully the repairs will be done correctly this time. To be totally honest and transparent, I would not take another car nor recommends Car Craft to anyone. Respectfully R
