From a visual standpoint it all looks good. There is one small scratch on the rearview mirror that was from the accident, but it's small and not worth worrying about.

When I spoke to someone, generally the customer service was okay, some days great, some not. There were a few times when I was told someone would call me and no one did. Then when I called back a few days later they acted surprised to hear from me. Overall it took a long time to get everything sorted out and I know there were some unusual circumstances, but I felt like I was chasing down information every other week because no one was communicating. One thing that was frustrating was that when I received my car back, one headlight was changed, but the other one wasn't. I understand that the passenger headlight wasn't damaged, but the replacement of both is the same process b/c the panel is removed, I would have greatly appreciated someone asking if I wanted the other one replaced at my expense. Maybe this isn't customary, but from a customer service standpoint and having my car for 6 weeks, there was definitely time for that.

Office staff kept me informed and are really nice. My car came back amazing. Very satisfied
