Well I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze with 96,000 miles on it and the estimated repair damage was 7,300 dollars. They told me it wasn't totaled and yelled at me when I tried to argue that it was. I asked them, so your telling me that if I go to trade my car in at we this that it will be worth more than $10K they replied oh yea, your car is easily worth $12K. Also, after I picked it up, as soon as I got on the interstate the check engine light came on, well I called to tell them and he said to just bring it in tuesday because they'd be closed until then for Labor Day. I brought it in Tuesday morning to find out that my turbo was out AGAIN. this is the second one. It had already been repaired once. They said bring it in tomorrow and we will see if it's covered. They already fixed it once, there is NO reason that a turbo repaired less than a year ago shouldn't be covered. After this experience with Chevy, I left and attempted to trade in my car to two different dealerships. Long story short the MOST I could get out of that car was $7,000. They spent more on that to fix a car that was supposedly "not totaled". Anyways, I traded it in for a 2016 Toyota Corolla and I will NEVER own another Chevy again. Especially from hurricane Chevrolet. There should never be a reason for me to leave a dealership on three different occasions, crying.

The body shop has very informative service. I never had to call to ask where they where on my vehicle repairs. A text was sent to me often advising me how far along they had gotten and any other matters they were handling. I'm very satisfied. They are great!

Body shop left passenger door open so long during repairs that my bsttery was dead when I tried to take car home after hours on Friday. 4 more days & new battery later I received my car in prestine condition, cleaned inside & out. 2002 like new now. Thanks.
