After my daughter’s fender bender, I pretty much had no idea what to do. So when I called CC and everyone was so nice and explained everything and took care of everything, I felt so relieved. There’s no long waits for scheduling either which was super great. They get you in and out.

The backdoor core panel that was replaced is loose I believe that was unprofessional it should have been mentioned it comes loose and hits me on my head.

They finished earlier than said it would be done but they put the wrong backdoor core inside panel so it was unprofessional to keep it quiet, happens to be loose can you imagine how many times that has come loose and hit my head.
