The backdoor core panel that was replaced is loose I believe that was unprofessional it should have been mentioned it comes loose and hits me on my head.

I’m not satisfied at all that they let go these two very important problems go unnoticed especially when I stressed about how long the drive was going to be going back home.

They said they were going to do detail cleaning on it before returning my car back to me and they ignored these two imporant problems.

They finished earlier than said it would be done but they put the wrong backdoor core inside panel so it was unprofessional to keep it quiet, happens to be loose can you imagine how many times that has come loose and hit my head.
