Sorry, I was told “this is not what we do” after I found the original issues and those issues still were not fixed correctly. So the lack of quality and/or quality checks of the work done is nonexistent and most certainly what you do.

Found lots of hair in the clear coat, some small pitting, and the fender seam was cracking and jagged. I asked them to fix it and all they did was buff out the hair. This action didn’t remove the hair imprint in the clear coat and left obvious buff marks in the paint. I will take it somewhere else to get it done right.
