Quality of workmanship appears to be excellent except for the fact we were charged (and had to wait additional days) for a four wheel alignment which did not meet specifications later in the day on which we picked up the vehicle.

Carolina Collision received our vehicle on 8 Mar 21 and after dealing with an extended unavailability of a part from Ford, was able to begin work on 29 Apr 21. We were informed of several delays until we finally received our vehicle on 26 May 21. During this period we expressed our concern over needing our vehicle in time to have it inspected and renew its registration tags. This concern did not seem to have any weight with CC personnel until we escalated the problem to the Service Manager. Even so, it was an additional ten days until our vehicle was ready. We received our vehicle with only one day to spare.
