NEVER have I ever experienced such lack of empathy or respect from a company. Absolutely ZERO accountability or accommodation with this repair. I give ZERO stars for the initiation of getting my business. Zero lack of interest in customer service. Zero interest to repair all that is damaged. Doesn’t want to hear from the customer and sends updates that are vague and unpredictable. When feedback was given, I believe it was a text named Dustin had no intention whatsoever of listening or responding with anything helpful or even remotely accountable.

My car was not repaired to the original state. The mirror that was replaced on the driver side is not the same as the passenger side or the same as the previous one. There was a part on the inside of the driver side door that was left off, leaving a portion exposed.

Communication has lacked the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. Parts are still not in, also there are minor dings that were not there before they took possession for repairs.
