When the car was returned the F150 emblem was missing. The man quickly repaired it……The truck was driven over 300 miles. Where did it go? Nobody told me why so many miles were driven…..The headlights don’t work. I will try changing bulbs tomorrow. You can’t release a car and the headlights don’t operate….I brought the truck in with a full tank of gas. It was returned with a little less than 3/4 of a tank.

I'm fine with the work, its how long it took & how no one contacted me to tell me it had to be at bob king. I only knew because I have a tracker on it & I called & asked why it was at Bob king. Then my car still had trash all in it that was not there before & my car didnt even get a wash. I figured all the money I had to pay yall can atleast wash it. No updates the whole time my car was here until it was time to pay. Not coming back.

The body work and paint look good as new. There is a rattle when you go down rough pavement on a road. Haven’t figured it out yet . Took it back to shop and they tighten the taillight that was loose. Still have not found what’s causing the rattling .

Customer service by Pam was outstanding. I did not feel, however, that the repairs were done to match the previous way the parts fit. Some areas of the repairs where the collision happened did not seem placed back correctly. Plus some of the paint was scratched when installing new parts (I assume). All of this is concerning to me because I was not at fault; so I’d expect a better looking repairs. 5/5 customer service. 3/5 for the repairs done.
