The work that was on my car was subpar. The tire caps on my vehicle were broken and not replaced, the screws that hold were not installed causing the entire bumper to shift, there is dust all over the rear door and rear seat of my vehicle from the welding process, and trash was left of my vehicle. I am totally dissatisfied and have every intention of complaining further. Not to mention, my battery was dead, when I picked it up, which was cause by the radio being played. I am totally dissatisfied!!!

We'll they told us what they were going to do, as well as how long it may take to fix it. The bumper was just amazing to 🙈 the beautiful work they performed. I found no fault in there work . Who ever fixed it give him or her a bonus. It a wonderful feeling knowing your car looks like it came out of a show window, not a junk yard. I loved the work. And will tell everyone I know to come to to Carolina Collision . Again thanks.
