There was a lack of communication regarding repair status. Multiple times I was informed my car would be ready on a certain day and time only to be told that the car wasn't ready. I was promised my car on Friday and did not receive it until Tuesday. This caused me to loss pay from missing work. When I explained this to the manager and the general manager, they were dismissive of my concerns.

The grinding sound did not happen when they drove vehicle. Told us to bring back if it starts again. Everything looks nice. Bumper is not quite evenly parallel to truck. Damaged side is closer to bed than other side. We noticed this after we got Home. Everyone pleasant and helpful.

The only issue I had was on the way home, one of my new tires had 20psi in it and tripped the TMPS. Nothing major by any means. I loved the customer service and the service of the vehicle. Everything looks and is amazing. Thank you Guys.
