The hood appears to not be fully seated. I noticed when I first picked it up but I was unsure. But now that I’m sitting in my car and taking a proper look, I can tell for sure it is not fully seated Haven’t been able to drive around much or take a look at everything else fully because of the very cold temperatures and my busy schedule.

I understand the case was challenging causing it to be time consuming, I jsut would’ve appreciated more proper and accurate communication. It just felt like a very long time to go with that much uncertainty, but overall, I understand that time is needed to do a job well done.

Truck was repaired and returned faster then the original expected date. I was also extremely pleased they not only washed the outside but also the inside was detailed as well. It was appreciated!

My car was supposed to be done the 15th I called windshield was not replaced . Had to pay out of pocket for rental. And ford say it’s insurance fault insurance say it’s fords fault .either way I had to pay 190.00 for rental myself
