We are a long time San Francisco automotive collision repair center circa 1898 before there were cars we were repairing horse carriages! We are a direct repair facility for USAA. We are a certified collision center for Nissan/ Infiniti, Hyundai and for Vespa scooters. Our other location and parent company, Cars Dawydiak, specializes in exotics and is Range Rover, Jaguar, and Bentley certified.

Like I said before. I've been a customer for over 25 years (through 3 different cars). Have always been satisfied with both the service and the quality of repairs and appreciate the effort to keep my costs to a minimum!

There were some unresolved issues with the initial repair that required me to bring the car back twice and leave it a second time. This resulted in my needing to take multiple ride share rides back and forth at considerable expense. Other than that inconvenience the repair was fine (as I would expect it to be since I've been a customer of Charles Henry for 25+ years)

Again, for whatever reason it took almost a month and me calling several times to finally get an estimate for the cost of repair which might not have taken as long had I been asked to bring the vehicle in from the start (rather than take pictures and text them). That having been said, everyone there was courteous, apologetic and respectful.
