We are a long time San Francisco automotive collision repair center circa 1898 before there were cars we were repairing horse carriages! We are a direct repair facility for USAA. We are a certified collision center for Nissan/ Infiniti, Hyundai and for Vespa scooters. Our other location and parent company, Cars Dawydiak, specializes in exotics and is Range Rover, Jaguar, and Bentley certified.

This is the 3rd time in 3 years that I've had to get my car fixed and it's the 3rd complete change in staff. Clearly there's a retention issue and if I ever need body work again, I will go somewhere else.

When I got the original estimate call on a Monday, I was told my car would be ready at the earliest on that Friday. I called that Friday and was told someone would call me back. They never did. I called again the following Monday afternoon and was told my car had been ready on Friday and they were wondering why I hadn't picked it up. When I arrived on Monday afternoon I discovered that the car repairs had not actually been completed. It then took another 3 days for them to fix my car, during which they lied to me twice about the issues. I am beyond frustrated with this crew.

Don needs to learn how to return calls. Car should have been detailed after the repairs. Instead the interior of the car was dusty and the windows were full of streaks. Also my lighting system seems to be acting different.

The work looks very nice. But, after a few weeks of driving, I am noticing a few issues: 1) the driverside rear door is filling with rain water. 2) the lights in my rear bumper were not re-connected and no longer operate.
