My insurance would cover $20 a day for car rental, Car Star said that they would cover the remaining small amount. But later in the mail I saw that I was charged the remaining amount. I called the rental agency about this , and they said that they would follow up on this, but I never heard back from them or Car Star.

In my opinion, there is NO OTHER Auto Body Repair Facility in GR or West Michgan/GR area.

This company is BY FAR the BEST OF THE BEST. I have had 3 vehicles in 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years for various reasons (some i just wanted modifications) and they have gone far and above in customer service and expectations. There is no other Auto Body Repair company I will ever use while living in West Michigan.
