Satisfied with the repairs so far. I felt that waiting until i arrived to pick up my car to tell me I needed a new 12v battery was poor customer service. If they knew it for over a week I should have been told. They jumped the car and had it running while I paid and told me to go immediately to get a battery. So they assumed I wasn't in a hurry to get to another appointment or back to work and they made the assumption i had money to purchase a $300 battery that day. Poor customer service.

Already noted regarding not being made aware until i arrived to pay and pick up my vehicle that it needed a 12v battery. They had it for several weeks an knew about the battery for over a week. Courtesy and good customer service would have alerted me prior to my arrival. They assumed I didn't have to return immediately to work and assumed I had $300 that day to put a battery in. my car had been jumped and was running the advised me to go straight to auto shop and buy a battery. Wow.

I didn’t appreciate being told that I was responsible for a decal kit that was flawed. Otherwise your staff was great. Courtney especially went above and beyond in her efforts to get my bank to accept my current pin for my debit card.
