I would give this a 20 rating if I could. From the moment I walked through the door Angie was friendly and patient as I demonstrated my ignorance of how things work. I also was very impressed and grateful, when I was late for my estimate appointment that Alan waited and accommodated me even though he had a meeting to go to. I fully expected I would need to reschedule, but that was not the case. Everything was seamless and easy (for me), and I can't express enough how much I appreciated that.

I didn’t want to talk about my experience but since getting sent the survey so many times I thought might as well. First of all my car was estimated to take a month to get back however, it took 43 days which halted me from work for a very long and once the front desk staff found out that I do lift for work in this car they were extremely rude to me Once I did get the car back finally I had to start work and the first day as I was trying to open my car door the handle came out. So I contacted the auto shop and ask them what this was and they said they would fix it, but the part wouldn’t come in until tomorrow, so I had to lose another day of work, but I went and they fixed the handle so when I got back home, I made sure to inspect the car to see what else could’ve gone wrong. I found that a lot of the parts weren’t bolted in tightly there was paint drips on the door so when I contacted them, they said they would fix it, but they didn’t have time right now so I’d have to bring it in another day meaning I would lose more time at work so I decided to go back to work instead of getting it fixed right away which was really difficult because the door was misaligned meaning there was gaps in random sides of the door and the paint drips made the car look very trashy. So I decided to go back to work anyway, and as I was driving, it started to rain and maybe an hour into using the windshield wiper. It snapped and started wiping the outside of my car and it started hanging out past my car. this is extremely dangerous so I had to pull over on the highway and drive home. So once again, I am unable to work for the weekend. Through all the times I’ve ever been to an auto shop. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had the mechanics in the front desk. Staff were very rude and very unprofessional. They treated me as if I was below them and they did not care about the car and the safety of the car. If I didn’t notice these issues sooner this could’ve caused a serious accident.

We appreciated the regular updates and professionalism of the staff. Also they were willing to transport us to get the rental car which we did not use the service, but knowing they would do this was helpful. They also returned the rental vehicle for us which was a big help because one of us had another obligation at the time. The repair work was very professional and we were very much satisfied.
