This is my second time for major repairs at your location. Just when I thought the service couldn’t get better (because everything was good the first time) Alexis proved it could by going above and beyond with coordinating everything and communication. I never really had to wonder how things were going because she kept me informed and was totally professional. Hopefully I never have to come back but if anything happens to any of my vehicles I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. HIGHLY recommend this place. Thanks for everything!!

I took my Toyota Tacoma to Carstar recently for repairs to the tailgate. I took it in on a Friday for an estimate and they gave me a good quote to replace the entire tailgate and replace the lens on both tail lights. They ordered the parts that same day and they received them the following Tuesday. (that fast) I brought the car in that following Friday and and it only took a few hours for them to install the new tailgate. Alexis Lucero, (Production Assistant) did a great job in keeping me informed every step of the way on the progress of my truck. Alexis is very knowledgeable and cares about the customers and she makes sure she gets all the parts right the first time to avoid any delays. I have used Carstar two other times in the past for car repairs/body work, and they have always done a great job, which is the reason I keep coming back to them for body work on my vehicles. I am very satisfied with the high quality of customer care and service Carstar provides to its customers, from the staff at the front desk, (Angel Espinoza and Alexis Lucero), to the Technicians and Mechanics who worked on my vehicles.
