Alexis Lucero was very helpful from the beginning. Her knowledge and experience as a Production Assistant made it so easy to understand the process. She made sure I stayed informed by updating me every step of the way on the status of my vehicle, from parts and labor to submitting all invoices to my insurance company. Alexis was able to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. This is the second time in five years that I bring the same vehicle for repairs. I was very satisfied with how my vehicle was repaired/fixed the first time that the second time my car was hit I immediately decided to take it back to Carstar Alpine Auto Body.
