Very unsatisfied with the work that was done and the way these ppl did lie about my car being ready and the whole time they lost my key when I got my car back I seen the outside and it looked good but when I got home and inspected it i noticed a couple things. First of all there was still glass in my driver seat and my dash, second there’s super glue or sum type of glue on my driver door side and third my side mirror that is so very important they didn’t even take the time to wire it electronically it’s not wired at all so I have to physically stick my arm out the window and move it same thing with my sensors for that mirror it doesn’t work at all and for the ready date to be July 3rd and I got my car back a whole two weeks early seems a little sus and like they rushed my car to get it back to me which is very unfortunate I would not use this specific mechanic good luck to any one that does

The staff was very friendly and communicative, particularly Fernando. No one ever wants to go to a body shop but when it happens, CS Ambassador Griggs is where someone should go.

Astonishing service. Car was ready way before due date, which made my busy life so much easier. I became slightly suspicious lol (first born latina daughter iykyk). I’ve had my car for a week still trying to look for possible mistakes or maybe sloppy work and I can’t find anything wrong! Even though State Farm dropped the ball on several occasions Fernando and his staff made up for it! Very professional. Truly grateful
