I was not kept informed about the status of car repairs. I received a couple of texts but never did talk to anyone that actually worked on it. Would have appreciated a call.

They did an amazing job! The front desk lady Andrea was very polite and encouraging . Any questions I had she answered! All around totally satisfied with how I was treated and would recommend others here! The guy Warren was a blast to speak with also!

Car was nice and clean Work was started within a week No issues with the work quality Staff was very friendly and easy to get along with. I would have gave Anderson Ford a 10 except I do not like being charged extra for using a credit card. I know credit card processors charge a fee. But handling cash is not free either. It takes more labor to process cash and checks than credit cards and checks are more risky and require even more labor to handle. Do you charge customers extra for paying with cash or checks?
