I mainly talked to Jared, but the staff there is very friendly, and did a great job replacing the bumper on my car that I ruined. They even washed my car and detailed the inside!

Jarred was very polite and patient. When I expressed frustrations he personally dealt with the issues and made things right even when it wasn’t his responsibility. Apland’s did an amazing job making the car perfect again, even cleaned the car. Highly recommended

I enjoyed my experience every time I went into Carr star and talked to the front desk associates. They were kind and got me in quickly and always professional. The only problem I had was when I got the car back the inside had been cleaned, which was great, However, there was evidence of drips of cleaner down my passenger side door and some mysterious white dust that didn’t come off with my dusting brush that I had to actually scrub off.
