I received a text in the morning on the day the car was supposed to be ready that completion was nearing completion and I would be called if there was any delay. I had still not heard from anyone by 4pm that day so I had to call Carstar to be informed is was not ready. Disappointed that nobody had called me all day to let me know.

I have already. Also, my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside & out, in addition to all the hidden areas. This service was expected but oh so appreciated - it looked as good as the day I drove it off the car lot. I understand the car was cleaned by the employee Jerome.

it was a very good job done on my crv. just was told 3 to 4 weeks it was much longer not really carstar fault parts took longer than thought. all in all was good job and very nice people we were working with
