Excellent communication all along the path to get my car repaired. Excellent customer service! My car looks great and drives well--mishap on I-140 when I was unable to avoid a large motor that evidently dropped from truckbed. Amy car appeared to have chunks bitten off from a shark --a large shark! Thanks to CarStar!

I was super impressed with the level of customer service! All the details were taken care of by Chenoa. She made all arrangements for the tow truck, the rental car, alignment, contact with the other persons insurance company and email updates as well as phone calls to my husband and I. I hoped the level of car repair would match the customer service and it indeed did! Car looks fantastic. Chenoa was probably one of the nicest people Iâve ever dealt with. Thank you so much!
