I said it from the beginning - this has been the very best car insurance experience that I have ever, ever had. From my initial call to setup my appointment, to me being ing my car in that same day, to the daily text messages I received keeping up to date on where you were on prepping my vehicle, to ordering the parts, to receiving the parts, and the beginning of the actual work, to the completion of the job, the final wash, and that call for me to pick up my vehicle.
