Hannah who answered the phone when I called was super nice and very helpful. Unfortunately the customer service from whoever the estimator is was 100% nonexistent. No one ever called when I was told they would - I had to call every time and thank goodness Hannah works for you b/c she was the only reason I had any faith that any work was being done. Also we requested an email copy of the invoice and haven’t received it - I guess I have to call for that too.

The repeated text messages to get feedback are excessive. If someone doesn’t respond after two texts, stop or you’re being obnoxious. Cleaning of the car was less than good this time, so that’s my only reason for not giving a higher rating.
