All around a really great customer service experience. The staff is very nice and my car was done quickly and came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. It is a real bummer to deal with a collision and they made it easy.

This was just an excellent customer service experience. Dealing with a collision is such a pain and the staff at Carstar was so nice and made everything simple. I received my car back quickly, looking good as new and cleaner than when I left it!

The front desk was great. The only thing that could have been better was having a rental car ready on arrival as was discussed. However, the front desk was quick to respond and did a great job at remedying the situation.

I picked up my vehicle and a service light was on for lane change The Side Detection. I was instructed to bring it back on Monday. I noticed it was driving with a shake when on freeway with speed acceleration. I also noticed several scratches on driver side and rear driver door and bumper. I called the service number and returned my vehicle. I was not satisfied after my car being at the repair location since December 26 2024 a Month and six days.

I called this location about six times before I chose them to ask a bunch of questions and they were always so nice and accommodating and answered all of my questions. Every time I call to check on the car again they were very nice. They gave us a five star experience. We are also very pleased with the work on the car.
