Y’all did a terrific job of getting me scheduled timely, and explaining to me exactly what would occur. Y’all did a nice job of managing my expectations and letting me know that you would keep me informed. And you indeed kept me informed on a regular basis on the status of my repairs, next steps, and an estimated time of completion. I also appreciate that you informed me that there was an issue with my rotors I might want to address in the near future. I found everyone to be efficient, friendly, and professional.

Amazing customer service. Would recommend 10000000%. Only minor issue was technician left some paint on my steering wheel and seat other than that amazing job!!!!!!

My only reservation is that the labor rate CarStar charged, $90/hr, was at odd with what the insurance said they would pay - $70. This has necessitated back and forth with the insrurance company. That said, I am very satisfied.

Good communication at the beginning but this slowly diminished over time. Had to call to check on my vehicle and then eventually was given weekly updates about it. Poor communication regarding damages that were assumed by the shop to “likely be unrelated to the accident”….didn’t find out about this until car was inspected upon pick up then had to wait more time for this to be submitted for insurance payment and the repaired. Overall inconsistent. But I’m the end they took care of repairs and apologized so I give a 3 instead of a 1
