Customer service was poor. This was a warranty repair job covered by the previous Axiom owner. Wayne Samuel confirmed this would be covered under the warranty, however he clearly did not want to perform the work. I would call him on a weekly basis and he never once returned my call. I would have to constantly call to get an update on when I could schedule the repair. He claimed the delay was because he “was not going to perform the work until the previous owner agreed on an amount to reimburse him”. Wayne would argue that the warranty was not with him rather with the previous owner. This was not my concern as he purchased the business and runs it under the same name. How he is reimbursed for warranty service is no concern of mine. After 4 weeks of phone calls and no progress I dropped off my vehicle and told him to get into the schedule. It took an addition 3 weeks to complete the work. Ultimately it took 7 weeks from initial call to completion to get the work done.

Overall the service was pretty good and the repairs on my car were great. Communication from the team about any updates were not very good. I had to reach out multiple times to get any sort of info or timeline on my car. Other than that they were great and would recommend.
