We didnt get a call ahead of time when our car was ready. I called one day to ask and then learned it was ready that day. Made it hard to plan ahead without prior warning. Had to do some extra work to be available to go get it that day. Would've preferred a call the day before so I could plan.

I was not because I wanted some work done, specifically a scratch. I said should I make a claim to get that fixed. I was told that it could be rubbed out and that he would take care of it. When I picked the car up, and the gentleman told me that they could not rub it out. - That maybe one of the detailers could to that. I was willing to pay to have it fixed. Now I have to come back in and get it in the shop. There was an advantage to fix it the time I brought in. I wanted it fixed. Not running to a detailer who might be able to fix it.
