My truck has been at this place since February and still NOT completed and I’m having to come out of pocket for the car rental and I was asked by you all to take the car there and the service wasn’t good because I was told 20days and it is well over that like I ask if the truck was a total loss then why not do that now when I went to pick the truck up it wasn’t complete

I should not have to ask for the entire repair to be completed a second time. Everything was wrong. I think they may have an incompetent tech that wasn’t quality controlled before I was given back the vehicle.

They had to redo the complete repair. After I pointed out everything they did was wrong the manager stepped in and made sure everything was right. Although I’m unhappy that they had to redo what they had done, the second finished product was right and I’m pleased. I’m thankful that the manager listened to my complaints and took the time to correct all the flaws from the original repair. I’m thankful for that commitment.

The quality of the work seems to be good but it did take an extremely long time. I will say they did pick up the tab on the car rental when the insurance coverage had run out.
