I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR in Sanford, NC. I dented the left quarter panel on my 2022 Tucson while backing out of a parking space, and CARSTAR emailed me a quote the same day I stopped by. They quickly ordered a new quarter panel, completed the replacement, and had my vehicle ready in just a few days. The repair work was outstanding—my car looks brand new. The price felt very reasonable, and I’m thrilled to have my car back so fast.

Mr. Bill and Mrs. Sandy are absolutely fantastic. The part that I like the most is effective communication; when giving updates regarding repairs or anything for that matter.
