The staff and repairs were great. The only thing I had issue with was that I was under the impression my car would get a bumper to bumper check over, but they only do auto body. With clarification it all got worked out and I'm very satisfied.

Not sure how to say this, but. . . I know I signed a paper that CarStar was not responsible for theft, but money was missing from my car. I have come to the conclusion that it may have been the people who cleaned my car. It made me sad that someone with a job would steal from a senior on Social Security 😪

I was new to the whole accident process. From where to go and how to handle insurance. Dani helped me get through the whole process, including having to have my car sent to the dealership for further repairs. They kept me up to date on the progress and were quick to let me know when my car was ready to pick up! I have special license plates that they took great care of and my car was sparkling clean when I got it back! An unexpected positive. I would for sure use them again if needed.

I was impressed with the seamless blending of the problem areas that I had pointed out on my car's body which were scratched or dented. It practically looks like there was never any damage there at all now. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back to see how well the major problem areas is gonna be fixed in my next appointment.

Really liked getting text messages with updates on where the car was at or any delays that happened due to things like parts not comming in or whatever else might be a problem- I typically don't get updates from auto related service facilities and am lucky enough to get a call a few hours before my car is ready for pick-up.
