Bad business practices, lack of accountability and resolve. Save yourself the potential headache. Definitely will complete a few public reviews to help forewarn good people as to the current events if I don't hear from management by COB today. It's been over a week without any outreach or research from management.

Carstar's towing division picked up my vehicle to deliver it to the 80 Scenic location for front-end body repair. At pick up photos were taken and can confirm that there was no damage to the rear of my vehicle. However, upon pick up, there is new damage to the rear passenger side door and frame. The auto shop has been non-responsive, seem to be attempting to avoid accountability and at this point unprofessional.
