I was blown away with how smooth everything went. I felt like everything was handled for me - I didn’t even have to speak to my insurance company. Jake had my car towed to the shop and honestly took care of everything. He was on the ball. I had an accident back in 2015 and couldn’t get anyone to do anything. It was a nightmare. This was way before I knew about Car Crafters. I will never be using anyone but Car Crafters from here on out. I was also so appreciative of Gayla and her calls to give me updates. From the very beginning everything was smooth sailing and I couldn’t be happier. There was no stressing on my end. My car looks amazing! Thank you all.

Had Five Star Service from the Time I brought Car in for Repair until I picked it Up. Rental Car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off and when I brought it back I just left it there . They took care of pick up. Staff were very friendly and Knowledgeable. Would highly Recommend Them.

Car star performed absolutely amazing work on our car. They were extremely knowledgeable and honestly the work they do is bar non-top-notch. I would highly recommend car star for any vehicle repairs after an accident. These guys are definitely the ones to call.
