5/5 Stars Car Crafters does it again. I had a little incident involving a massive flower pot, some distracted texting, and the front end of my Titan XD. The flower pot was obliterated, and my front bumper and fog light didn’t fare much better. I took it to the team at Car Crafters, and they knocked it out of the park. The final invoice matched the quote exactly—zero surprises. They went above and beyond by buffing out a few rogue scratches on my rear doors from a recent stereo install, finished the truck exactly when they promised, and handed it back freshly washed alongside a bottle of touch-up paint for my next "fumble." Seth, Dalton, Jake, and the rest of the front office staff are the gold standard of customer service—always professional, considerate, and transparent. If you want factory-quality work without the typical body shop runaround, this is the only place to go. Highly recommended.

This was unfortunately the second time we've had to utilize Carstar Car Crafters for repairs to our 2024 Silverado. However after the amazing service and quality of the work done during the first repair we wouldn't dream of taking a vehicle anywhere else. They were total professionals from start to finish. There communication is excellent. They are so forthcoming with information that it's hard to even think of a question that they haven't already answered. But most importantly they get your vehicle repaired and returned when promised and looking better than when it was purchased.
