The amount of time it took to repair my car was unacceptable. Then being told weekly it would be ready was unacceptable also. It left me without a car for over two weeks. They kept my car so long, my rental insurance ran out. They didn’t apologize for the delay, or making false promises. . But they were more than happy to take my cash deductible.

Took well over a month to get my car back. Every time I called. They would say it will be next week. That continued over and over. The quality of work was excellent. But the amount of time it took was unacceptable. And being told the same thing every week was unacceptable. I had to spend my money to rent a car. Because they took so long to get mine done. The insurance for a rental had run out
