I was told car crafters would send my car to ford and it didn’t get sent. I needed diagnostics ran on it. I picked my car up yesterday and the powertrain light can in driving home. Not satisfied between car crafters and progressive left me setting for 2 weeks with no updates and I kept getting this text to complete a survey on how did I like the service when my car was still there. Very disappointing. I gave a 5 because the work they did do was good but communication should improve. And I should be able to get a 45k fixed completely when I reach out for help.
