The main repair over the rear passenger wheel well as well as the left rear bumper look great - Thanks! Unfortunately, a few scratches that I was originally told would be buffed out were not, and the dash now has a few hairline scratches that somehow occurred during the repair. In addition, I was disappointed that the dash, as well as the passenger seat were dirty when I picked up the car (were clean when dropped off).

The actual work on the car was amazing, but the customer service was one of the worst I've ever had. Paperwork was not done properly. I called several times to get my paperwork and it was never emailed to me. When I got there to pick up my car, the paperwork was done improperly.

I was initially told it was going to be 2days, then the new left deflector had the fabric come apart, then that same deflector came boxed wrong. Something else didnât go as planned and it ended up being a week instead of two days.
