From the initial phone reservation onwards, the two women at the front desk were incredibly patient and welcoming. Recognizing my need for a vehicle during my daily commute, a male supervisor went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary rental car. Although I ultimately managed to arrange my own transportation, their genuine thoughtfulness toward their customers deeply impressed me. Car Star also kept me consistently updated on the progress via text message, and the repairs were completed two days ahead of schedule. The trunk looks as good as new after the repair.

When we went to get the car the first time, it was not in pick up condition… hood still bent/not aligned, a new piece was already cracked, etc… however, Carstar made it right by apologizing, keeping the car longer to make the corrections, and even buffed out some prior scratches.
