I am very pleased with the work completed on my Lexus. Although the rental was a fun experience, I'm so pleased to be driving "my" car...Thank You. The staff was very pleasant to work with throughout the transaction. I felt they always had my best interest in mind. My only comment would be that in addition to text communication, it would have been nice to have had a few calls to me placed throughout the weeks my car was at Carstar, rather than me needing to call them for a status update.

The estimated quote time were 3 weeks, and it took 2 and a half month(10 weeks)for the repair to finish. At the beginning we were promised to get updated once a while, I’ve never received any phone call about the status, not once, I have to be the one to call in every time. And when I call, they don’t have any answers for me. Their management is also bad.
