Didn't like that I kept getting calls about other things wrong with my vehicle, and having to call the insurance repeatedly to get things cleared up, I was already without my vehicle for over a month, to be dealing with more stressful issues. I was told my vehicle was ready to go all fixed! Then to get there at closing time, no one walked me to my vehicle to tell me what they fixed or my items that were in my car? Never to check if everything looked right to me, and everything was complete. I had to return the next morning to get all my bulbs, and some fuses that were blow out either when the car was damaged, or jumping my car noticing that I needed a alternator. So had to sit in the place for another 1 hour or so, and never cared of what an inconvenience this experience has been on me.

I appreciated the weekly updates of the repair progress of my car. The receptionist was very helpful in facilitating a car rental for us. She also helped in the rental car return. The entire office staff was very respectful and patient with us. The customer waiting room was cool, clean, and comfortable. Cold water was also offered.
