Received call that car was ready but when I got to the shop over an hour later, the car was still being washed. Car was pulled out of garage and still was dirty and has "compound" on the hood. The area that was supposed to be fixed still has a paint chip in it so now I have to bring it back in after you had the vehicle for over a week.
