CARSTAR collision center provided excellent service. When I was rear-ended, my insurance company recommended them. The CARSTAR team reached out immediately once my insurance contacted them on my behalf. That same day they reviewed my car and provided an estimate. The parts were ordered, and in less than a few days, my car was in the shop. By the end of the week, it was back in my possession. The quality of work was excellent. Most importantly, I greatly appreciated the representative, Christina, whom I worked with through this process. She provided regular updates without being asked, answered all of my questions, and was just generally kind and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

After much delay, Toyota agreed to replace my roof due to rust issues at no cost. Car wise did an exceptional job of matching the replacement part. Earl Stewart also replaced the C pillar trim due to a badly degraded finish for free. Thanks to Wiggins Succes
