I can’t say enough positive things about Empire. From the time my car was dropped off, I received friendly and personal attention. Greg, the manager, took it upon himself to keep me informed regarding the estimate for my car and the timeframe. Throughout the process, I received frequent updates as to what was happening with the repairs. Once repaired, my car was delivered to my house. Greg informed me that one minor piece (which did not affect the drive ability or appearance of the car) had not come in but he would personally come to my house and install it when it was in stock. Needless to say, he is a man of his word and came up on the Forth of July to put the piece on! I don’t believe that any other individual or company would go out of their way on a holiday to provide such service. I would definitely use Empire again and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Empire took great care of me. They walked me through the process as well as updated me often on the work that was being done on my car. I truly appreciate all staff from the front desk to the back of the garage. I would recommend everyone to get their work done here.
