The team was very easy to coordinate and transparent on the work being performed. The timelines proposed were never met but at least they gave an understanding as to why the work was extended. Overall satisfied by the work performed on my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with which made the experience a lot more smooth. Additional points that I considered mainly nit picking for customer service purposes, once my vehicle was picked up the interior was quite dusty and the gas tank had the zero gas light on. Had this been more closely considered it would have been 10/10 regardless good experience and happy with the repair work.

The quality of the work done is superb. Looks better than before the accident. You can tell that a lot of effort and caring went into the work that was done. Mike and Eric were fantastic. They were both very professional with a personal touch. They explained all the details with the insurance company and the repairs that were needed in a pleasant manner. They were delightful to deal with.

I've been using this body shop owned by Mike Sobel for many years and would not think of going anywhere else. They do very high quality work and I would trust a very high-end car to them to repair as well as a restoration of a really special car. They are extremely user-friendly, very Reasonably priced, and do exceptionally great work. I have a car that was repaired 12 years ago, which still looks perfect without any aging of the repaired region. I have referred many friends to this body shop and they have all been completely satisfied. No need to look anywhere else or compare price or quality; this is the only place to take your car. If you're completely heartbroken after your accident and you're looking for someone to make your car like New, this is the best choice.
