I had a great service rep; she was vert attentive and thorough. My complaint is that whoever fixed the car (outside fender only - nothing internal) messed up every mirror in the car - rearview, left and right side mirrors, and altered the positioning of both front seats, so that I could barely get in the car and sit. None of these things have anything to do with the external repair on the car, so they should not have happened.
