At this point, everything looks good; I appreciate that there is a guarantee on the work!

It took a lot longer to get the work done than originally estimated. However, when we thought there was a problem with the right rear, I was able to take it in right away to have it investigated.

I'm really frustrated. I know that you do a good job, and you've been courteous and trying to do the right thing, but I still don't have my car and I have no idea of when I'll get it.

I'm distressed. A part for the car is unavailable, so the job can't be completed. I work with Dan who is likeable and professional, but there's not much he can do. The car rental is reasonable but getting expensive over time. I want the process to be over and to have my car back.

I realize that I"m becoming a nuisance, but I want my car back, it's hard to believe you can't even get a date for getting the part.
