My car was returned to me in fantastic condition. Good as new. I received text updates throughout the process and it ended up being done 5 days earlier than expected. Great customer service at the front desk and I was even able to leave my rental car with them to be picked up by Enterprise. Very satisfied customer!

Joanne guided me through the process from start to finish. Once I brought my car to the shop she had already called my car rental company so that it was delivered by the time I finished the paperwork for my insurance company and the car repair. She kept me informed about when my car would be ready. And, much to my surprise, my car was ready to be picked up in four days. All my interactions with Joanne and the repair guys were courteous and supportive.
